• Bejelentkezés 15 órától 22 óráig, személyesen fogadom önöket • Kijelentkezés 11 óráig, igény esetén személyesen veszem át önöktől a kulcsot • A szálláson tartózkodó vendégeim számára 24 órás telefonos ügyeletet tartok. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó mértéke személyenként és éjszakánként 420 Ft, ami érkezéskor a helyszínen fizetendő készpénzben.
• A foglalas véglegesítése után, a vendégek érkezése előtt, a jogszabályban kötelezően előirt, a vendégfogadás magyar adózási, számlázási és bejelentési kötelezettségeinek teljesítése érdekében minden esetben szükségem lesz a következő adatokra: a vendégek fényképes igazolványának másolatára, email címére, állandó lakcímére, számlázási címére, és a telefonszámára.
• Tartózkodása ideje alatt, távolléte esetén, kérem minden esetben tartsa zárva az apartmant, a kaput pedig minden esetben zárja vissza. Mindkettőhöz kap kulcsot.
• A szálláson összejövetelek tartása nem megengedett.
• A szálláson 12 év alatti gyermekek balesetvédelmi okokból nem tartózkodhatnak
• A szállásra kisállat nem hozható
• Az apartman teljes területén tilos a dohányzás, dohányozni a kertben, az arra kijelölt helyen lehet.
• Parkolni ingyenesen közvetlenül az ingatlan előtt az utcán, a kerítés vonalával párhuzamosan, a járdát és a bejáratot szabadon hagyva lehet.
General information:
• Check-in from 3 pm to 10 pm, I will welcome you personally
• Check-out by 11 am, I will personally collect the key from you if required
• I have a 24-hour telephone service for my guests staying at the accommodation. The local tourist tax is 420 HUF per person and per night, which is payable on site upon arrival in cash, HUF or EUR.
• After finalizing the deposit, before the guests arrive, in order to fulfill the Hungarian tax, billing and reporting obligations of the guest reception, as required by law, I will always need the following information before arrival: a copy of the guests' photo ID, as well as the contact person's email address, permanent address, billing address and telephone number.
• During your stay, in case of absence, please keep the apartment locked and the gate locked. You will receive a key for both.
• Parties are not allowed at the accommodation.
• Children under 12 years of age are not allowed at the accommodation for accident prevention reasons
• Pets are not allowed at the accommodation
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment, smoking is allowed in the garden, in the designated area.
• Parking is free directly in front of the property, on the street, in a public area parallel to the fence line, leaving the sidewalk and entrance free. Only bicycles are allowed on the property.
• The accommodation also offers free WiFi, satellite channels, streaming Netflix, umbrellas, sewing kits, drying racks, first aid kits, irons and ironing boards.
